What We Do

Our Studio is located in Thornhill, Ontario on Centre Street just east of Dufferin Street.  We have Plenty of FREE parking.  Our Beautiful Studio offers many styles of classes like:

  • Barre, Pilates Yoga
  • Cardio Dance Party, Zumba
  •  Mommy Baby/Pre Natal and many more....
  • We also run workshops over the weekends, so check out our weekly/monthly workshop special.
  • We also have 2 full changerooms/washrooms for both men and women with showers, and we sell an assortment of activewear, yoga mats and yogitoe sox.
